At ProfileHero.ai ("we", "us", "our"), we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-generated headshots. If you're still not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right or issue a full refund.

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Image Rights & Usage Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • The uploaded photos meet our photo quality guidelines (clear, well-lit, and compliant with our upload rules).
  • The AI-generated results are significantly below expected quality or contain substantial defects that prevent reasonable use.
  • You have not downloaded or otherwise used the generated images.
  • You provide sufficient order details (such as your email address and order ID) so we can locate your files and review them.

We reserve the right to review the uploaded and generated images (retained for up to 30 days) to verify eligibility.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund after 7 days from purchase.
  • The uploaded photos are poor quality, unclear, or do not meet our guidelines.
  • You have already downloaded or used the generated images.
  • The results meet expected quality levels given the photos provided.
  • The purchase was made free of charge, through a discount, or as part of a competition.
  • The request appears fraudulent or abusive.

Where partial or exceptional refunds are granted, ProfileHero.ai's decision is final.

Requests without sufficient information may take longer to process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we'll review the uploaded and generated images to assess eligibility.

If your request meets our criteria, your refund will be approved and processed to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, but may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

5. Quality Feedback

We may request optional feedback or examples to help improve our AI models.

Providing feedback is voluntary and does not affect the outcome of your refund request.
